In Order for a transfer to show on the target location it has to be approved and then marked as shipped.

In case that there are serial number in incorrect status (due to returns or adjustments), the Store user should handle it as follows:
  • Go to Inventory >> Stock Management
  • Change the filter on top to "Active Items", Type the SKU in the text filter (or search by category/description)
  • In the results, Click on the Product link
  • The screen shows all serial numbers in the store. next to each one that requires status change, the user should change the status to available. This will update the Quantity available for Sale accordingly

Solution is for: MPOS Version 9.0

Issue:
User had mistakenly added the wrong product Serial Number for two products
i.e. For Product 'A' user added SN '456' and For Product 'B' user added the SN '123'.
However, the the correct configuration is Product 'A' should have the SN '123' and Product 'B' should have the SN '456'.

Resolution:
User needs to adjust-out both Items Serial Numbers and then adjust-in the correct SN for the corresponding Items.

There could be multiple reasons:

User was disabled, expired or locked due to multiple invalid login attempt, or the user is using a Device that require manager access approval, or the user is not assigned to the store he/she is trying to login to.

Resolution:

  1. Login to MTPOS application with access of user management profile.
  2. Open the user management window.
  3. Select the user account that you want to Reactivate .
  4. Click Edit. The User Information tab refreshes allowing you to edit the details.
  5. Check "User disable" checkbox is unchecked, also check for the User Active "until" date.
  6. Modify the user details as per the requirement.
  7. Click Save to retain the user information details.
  8. Click on Assigned store to verify the user is granted access to the store he/she attempts to login to.

For Device Approval, the manager is Sent an Approval Code to Provide to the user.


Issue: User created PO but already used adjust-in for the same items.

in Integrated environment, the PO cannot be deleted.

Note: In a Non-Integrated environment the PO can be deleted.

Work-around: Close the PO without receiving the items that were already adjusted-in

Steps to proceed with this solution:

  1. Login to MTPOS
  2. Go To Inventory>Purchase Order
  3. Click on the Action button in front of the mentioned delivery.
  4. Click on Receive.
  5. Please don't scan any product and click on Pause Button.
  6. Select the "Finalize" check box and then click on finish.
  7. There will be Pop-up for finalize confirmation, please click on OK.
  8. PO will be marked as received without scanning any product.

3. Select the user account that you want to activate/deactivate .

4. Click Edit. The User Information tab refreshes allowing you to edit the details.

5. Check the "User disable" checkbox, checkbox need to be checked to deactivate the user.

6. Modify the user details as per the requirement.

7. Click Save to retain the user information details.
